The War mod is a small modification that adds a couple of events which completely change the nature of the game. It only changes a couple of files, but it completely changes the tactics you will have to use to survive.

- Added events that start wars between neighbors and rival nations
- Every province is seizable
- Infamy free peace negotiations
- War exhaustion changes
- Boosted Legitimacy and stability
- More unifications such as Greece and Iberia
- Rebalanced tech groups
