This is a triggered modifier one receives for controlling the Turkish Straits.

Ingame description

We are currently controlling the Black Sea trade. All foreign cargo ships passing through the Bosphorous strait are bound to pay a sound toll.

Divine Wind

The benefits of this modifier have been changed with patch 5.2. There is no nationalwide bonus for trade income anymore. A regional trade income bonus is now realized through toll events. Each owned Black Sea coastal province gets "Black Sea trade exclusive access" modifier which grants +25% province trade income modifier.
