The Domestic Culture interface for Austria at the start of the War of the League of Cambrai in DW 5.1. A Magistrate has been used to Commission Painting to gain 5% Cultural Tradition.

The Domestic Culture interface screen is found on the eighth tab of the Domestic Management interface. The top three lines of the interface list your current Cultural, Army and Naval Tradition.

Below is a tab allowing the selection of Advisors. The quality of the advisor generated is dependent on the relvant tradition value. For instance a Philosopher is based entirely on Cultural Tradition whereas a Trader requires aspects of Naval Tradition. Recruiting an advisor reduces the relevant tradition by 20%. Recruited advisors appear in the Domestic Court where they are available only to you for 1 year before heading to the open market.

The bottom third of the tab shows any available Cultural Decisions these often involve spending Magistrates but can have significant effects.
