Form Italian Nation

Form Italian Nation is a country decision.
A different but similar decision, called Declare the Kingdom of God, was introduced in Heir to the Throne, but can only be done by the Papal State.

Divine Wind
Description
As the heart of the Renaissance, our nation is blossoming culturally. We have just entered the beginning of what looks like a prolonged artistic rebellion, especially in the field of architecture and literature. The cultural evolution is not aiding our country in maintaining peace within our borders however. Our country is continuously stricken by foreign states seeking power and territorial gain.
Requirements
- Italy may not already exist.
- Country cannot be the Papal States or the HRE.
- Primary culture must be in the Latin group (Lombard, Umbrian or Sicilian)
- You must own and have cores on Lombardia, Firenze, Siena, Roma and Ancona.
Effects
- Grant cores on Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardia, Parma, Modena, Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Friuli, Venezia, Ferrara, Romagna, Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Roma, Ancona, Istria, Treviso, Cuneo and Cremona.
- Gain one missionary.
- Gain +1 base tax in a random owned Latin culture province.
- Gain two points toward centralization.
- Gain +5 prestige.
- Change the capital to Roma.
In Nomine
Requirements
- Italy may not already exist.
- Country cannot be the Papal States.
- Primary culture must be in the Latin group (Lombard, Umbrian or Sicilian)
- You must own and have cores on Firenze, Siena, Roma and Ancona.
Taking this decision will retag your country as Italy. It is a good idea to save your game and reload at this point, since sometimes the retag causes problems with casus belli and accepted cultures.

- Grant cores on Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardia, Parma, Modena, Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Friuli, Venezia, Ferrara, Romagna, Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Roma, Ancona, Istria and Treviso.

EU3 and Napoleon's Ambition
This is an event that lets one change one's country name to Italy, receive claims on 18 Italian provinces as well as 2 points of centralization - and the capital will be moved to Roma.
Requirements
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- Italy must not already exist.
- One must not have declined the event previously.
- One must have Lombard as a primary culture.
- One must own these provinces: Firenze, Siena, Roma and Ancona.
- One must not be at war.
Countries that can form Italy
Neither Sicily nor the Papal States can unify Italy due to the culture requirement; Sicily's primary culture is Sicilian and the Papal State's is Umbrian.
Mean time to Happen and Modifiers
The mean time to happen for this event is 960 months.
- For each of these provinces owned the MTTH is decreased by 5%: Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardia, Parma, Modena, Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Friuli, Venezia, Ferrara, Romagna, Pisa, Abbruzzi and Istria.
- The Bureaucracy national idea decreases the MTTH by 30%.
- Centralization steps 2, 3 and 4 decrease the MTTH by 10% each. (30% total.)
- Decentralization steps 2, 3 and 4 increase the MTTH by 10% each. (30% total.)
