Gamersgate

Gamersgate is a digital distribution service formerly owned by Paradox Interactive. It mainly sells Paradox Interactive games but does also sell from third party publishers such as THQ and Atrai. Gamersgate was launched in November 2006.
Blue coins
Gamersgate includes a bonus currency called blue coins, which can be received as a percentage of a game purchase, or simply bought by credit card. They can be used, once sufficient quantities have been attained, to buy games from the site.
Minion
In mid-2011, Gamersgate introduced a minion service. If you chose a minion, you can get a certain percentage of the price of a certain genre of game. This is useful if you like Paradox Interactive games, as the games they create are mainly strategy games. The current minions are: Elf, for Adventure and RPG games;
