  • is one of the following provinces: Sanguan (693), Hejian (695), Xuan Fu (696), Datong (697), Lanzhou (699), Shaanxi (700), Yumen (707), Ningxia (709) or Beijing (1816).
  • does not have the province modifier “Reparations of the Great Wall”.
  • The province owner:
    • owns the following provinces: Sanguan (693), Hejian (695), Xuan Fu (696), Datong (697), Lanzhou (699), Shaanxi (700), Yumen (707), Ningxia (709) and Beijing (1816).

Construct the Forbidden City

Once finished it will bless our nation with increased prestige and stability. The construction however is estimated to take 5 years and employ a large amount of laborers.

  • is either Beijing (1816) or Nanjing (1821).
  • is the capital of this country.
  • This decision can only be enacted once, either for Beijing (1816) or Nanjing (1821).
Acquisition conditions:
  • The province owner:
    • has either:
    • has either:
      • the Bureaucrats faction in power.
      • no factions.
    • is not at war.
    • has a stability of at least 1.
    • has at least 300Ducats.png.
    • has at least 3 magistrates.
    • owns or controlls all neighbourng provinces.

Effects: AI behavior:
  • will enact if it has at least 600Ducats.png in the treasury.

Comment: After 5 years the event The Forbidden City (11341) is triggered.
