The Ottomans have 19 unique missions that will help them to shape the heart of the nation in Anatolia, and expand in Greece, the Balkans and the Middle East.

In that case, try diplomacy, or let them release Syria first (through rebellions or in peace treaty) and conquer some of their lands before trying to subjugate them.
