Russian minors are a series of small nations in modern day Russia and Central Asia. The aim of these nations is firstly to survive and secondly form the Russian nation.
Horde minors
Horde minors have the issue of being surrounded by their more powerful counterparts. They should aim to expand towards Moscow during their neighbours Tribal Succession Crisis. Try to avoid wars with large civilised nations until force limits are close to parity.
Civilised minors
These nations are generally exposed to the Golden Horde, the best plan is to pay tribute as soon as possible and then concentrate on expanding into other minors. In particular if lucky it is possible to take parts of a collapsing Lithuania.
Replacing Muscovy

The overall general aim is to replace Muscovy as the main strength in the Russian region.
