This is a Province event in which a Catholic province converts to Reformed.

Conditions

The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:

• Calivinism is enabled.
• The Province's religion is Catholic.
• The Province owner:
  • Is not the Papacy
  • Does not have the National Ideas Divine Supremacy or Unam Sanctum.
  • Has Catholicism as the state religion.
• Any neighbouring province is Reformed and the same cultural group.
• The year is not yet 1650.

Mean Time to Happen

The mean time to happen for this event is 360 months.

• Serfdom/Free Subjects slider of 2 or 3 decreases MTTH by 5%.
• Serfdom/Free Subjects slider of 4 or greater decreases MTTH by 10%.
• Innovative/Narrowminded slider of -2 or -3 increases MTTH by 5%.
• Innovative/Narrowminded slider of -4 or lower increases MTTH by 10%.
• The National idea Humanist Tolerance decreases MTTH by 5%.
• Relations with the Papal State of -50 decreases MTTH by 5%.
• Relations with the Papal State of -100 decreases MTTH by 10%.
• Relations with the Papal State of 50 increases MTTH by 5%.
• Relations with the Papal State of 100 increases MTTH by 10%.
• A nation of 20 cities increases MTTH by 50%.
• A nation of 40 cities increases MTTH by 100%.
• Theocracy as a government type decreases MTTH by 20%.
• If the nation has 20 Reformed provinces, MTTH is increased 200%.
• If the nation has 40 Reformed provinces, MTTH is increased 400%.
• If the nation has 60 Reformed provinces, MTTH is increased 600%.
