Static modifiers are modifiers which have fixed values and do not change as a response to the game. This is in contrast with triggered modifiers which happen if set conditions are met and event modifiers which are the result of events and decisions in game.
Types of static modifier
There are several types of static modifier which are categorised in Static_modifiers.txt for navigational ease.
They are in order below.
- Difficulty modifiers
- Provincial Static Modifiers
- Global Static Modifiers
- Scripted and used from Spies, which have a note that they can be removed
- Tutorial only
