The Whole World Mod (WWM) is one of the most popular mods for EU3, developed by Haftetavenscrap. WWM aims to improve EU3 by adding more provinces, filling in the Permanent Terra Incognita, increasing the number of nations and decreasing the gap between tech groups. It especially increases the number of native nations, from the Cree to the Sioux to the Xhosa. New nations include the Roman Empire, the Mongol Empire, the European Union, Yugoslavia, the Jagellonian Empire and various others.
