The Whole World Mod (WWM) is one of the most popular mods for EU3, developed by Haftetavenscrap. WWM aims to improve EU3 by adding more provinces, filling in the Permanent Terra Incognita, increasing the number of nations and decreasing the gap between tech groups. It especially increases the number of native nations, from the Cree to the Sioux to the Xhosa. New nations include the Roman Empire, the Mongol Empire, the European Union, Yugoslavia, the Jagellonian Empire and various others.

  • All Permanent Terra incognita removed
  • Existing provinces improved (more accurate land shapes)
  • National ideas rebalanced
  • Tech groups have been balanced so that the European advantage is less prominent
  • 531 New Countries
  • 35 New trade goods
  • Changed ideas to have more dramatic effects
  • New Religions (Intiism, Teotlism, Confucianism, Sikhism, Theravada, Mahayana, Spiritism)
  • Timeline extended to 1918
  • ~70 new units (land and naval) for extended timeline and balance between tech groups
  • New decisions to convert from tribal governments to more advanced European governments - at a price
  • Many new nations to form
  • A lot of history
  • Two new buildings
  • Many gameplay tweaks
  • 3 New government types
  • Lots of new events, missions, and decisions
