Common\technologies folder

Common\technologies folder is a subfolder of the Common folder which contains five files, one for each technology. Each file contains the changes brought on by each technology level.

An example from the government.txt file is shown below:

 technology = { id = 8   average_year = 1450     feudal_monarchy = yes	courthouse = yes			     }

Which shows that at Government technology level 8, the Feudal monarchy is available, as is the Courthouse. The average year for this level is 1450 and any advancement before this date will incur a research penalty.
