This article lists all possible modifiers a country or province can have. Modifiers can exist as a result of many things, including triggered modifiers, events, decisions and static modifiers.

inflation_reduction_local | Increase/decrease global inflation reduction from a province | additive (number directly equals yearly inflation reduction, ie 0.5 = 0.5% yearly inflation reduction) | I assume this modifier was added only for the "Tax Assessor" building, which leverages a provincial modifier in order to change the global inflation reduction amount. Not sure it's actually necessary, as using a country modifier such as inflation_reduction in a province scope actually affects the parent country directly. In any case, one can use this modifier in order to affect the parent country's inflation reduction amount |
